1. Who we are

This website is operated by Stonecut Group Ltd ("Stonecut", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16773321, registered in London, UK. You can contact us at hello@stonecut.ai.

By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to submit false, misleading or malicious information through our forms, including the Website Plan tool.

The content, design and code of this website belong to Stonecut or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

3. The Website Plan tool

The Website Plan tool generates a suggested website structure, direction and package recommendation based on the answers you provide. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a binding quote, contract or guarantee of outcome. Estimated investment figures are indicative and can change once we understand your project in full.

4. Services and proposals

Where you go on to engage us for website, follow-up or related services, the specific scope, price, timeline and payment terms for that project will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which forms the contract between us. If anything in that proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes priority for that project.

Timelines given on this website or in a Website Plan are estimates. Actual delivery depends on factors including how quickly feedback, content and approvals are provided.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content, branding, logos and materials you provide to us. Unless otherwise agreed in a project proposal, ownership of the final website design and code we build for you transfers to you once we have received payment in full. Stonecut retains the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in everything we build and advise on, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as a particular number of enquiries or increase in revenue, since these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to this website or our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party services, such as email or booking tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the website or the law. The current version will always be available on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@stonecut.ai.
